Blueberry Tartelettes

with Mascarpone Cream & Palm Honey


These summery tartlets are quickly prepared with a crispy shortcrust pastry base. For the filling, you can use fresh seasonal fruits on top of the mascarpone cream. As a topping, we love to use the extraordinary palm honey (Guarapo) from the Canary Islands, alternatively, caramel sauce or honey can also be used.
